A strong Exhaust card that lets you play a Power instantly for just 1 Energy (0 when upgraded). It is random, but Defect's Powers are strong across the board, so the chance of a dud is low. Effectively, it lets you play "any Power you like" for 1 cost.

Drawing Defragment (Focus +2), Machine Learning (draw +1/turn), or Echo Form (next card played twice) gives a huge advantage. Sometimes you can effectively play the 3 cost Creative AI for 1. Exhaust limits it to one use, but hitting a key Power cheaply is a top-tier play.

• Play when you want a Power and immediately play the one you draw that turn
• Even if you hit a poor synergy, judge whether the tempo gain is worth playing
• Upgraded to 0 cost, you can run it every turn for reliable Power supply
• Combined with Amplify, the drawn Power is played twice for doubled effect

• Defragment: Drawing it via White Noise means Focus +2 for 1 cost. Very efficient Focus investment
• Machine Learning: Drawing it instantly starts the draw acceleration engine
• Amplify: Plays the next Power twice. If it lands on a White Noise Power, the effect doubles
• Creative AI: A Power that adds Powers each turn. White Noise effectively reduces its 3 cost to 1
• Echo Form: Drawn via White Noise and played, the next card played that turn processes twice
